DoneEasy.ai ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our service:

  • Contact information: Your WhatsApp number and name, collected during the sales conversation
  • Setup information: Google account email, timezone, and product preferences — collected to prepare for installation
  • Payment information: We do not store payment details. Payments are processed directly via e-Transfer or PayPal.
  • Service communications: Conversations with our AI assistant via WhatsApp, for the purpose of providing the service

3. Your AI Assistant Data — The Most Important Section

The AI assistant we install runs entirely on your own computer. This means:

  • Your conversations with the assistant stay on your machine
  • Your health data, family schedules, business information, and knowledge library are stored locally
  • DoneEasy.ai has no access to this data after installation is complete
  • We do not receive copies of your assistant's conversations

The only data that leaves your computer is what you explicitly send to third-party services you control:

  • Anthropic Claude API (your own API key, billed to your account)
  • Google Calendar and Gmail (your own Google account, via OAuth)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide the installation service, communicate with you about your service via WhatsApp, send service-related notifications, and improve our products (aggregated, never individual). We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not use your information for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information and purchase records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for business record purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp.

6. Cookies

Our website (doneeasy.ai) uses minimal cookies for basic functionality (language preference, session management). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

For Family Smart Assistant clients: children's private conversations with the assistant are not visible to parents — this is enforced at the system level, not a setting that can be toggled.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
