Most AI tools require you to open an app and type every time. DoneEasy.ai installs a proactive AI assistant directly into your WhatsApp — it reaches out to you, manages your calendar, scans emails, and handles customer inquiries automatically, without you having to open anything.

All your data stays on your own computer — nothing is sent to DoneEasy.ai servers. Your conversations, files, and personal information never leave your machine. This is a core design principle, not just a policy.

We currently serve all of Canada and the United States. All installations are done remotely, so location doesn't matter as long as you have a stable internet connection.

We offer three solutions: the SuperPersonal AI Assistant ($199) for individuals; the SuperFamily AI Assistant ($299) for families managing complex schedules; and the SuperBusiness AI Assistant ($399) for service businesses. Chat with us on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the best fit.

Yes. The assistant automatically detects whether you're writing in English or Chinese and responds in the same language throughout the conversation. You can switch languages at any time.

Yes — WhatsApp is the primary interface for all three products. No new app to download. The AI assistant lives inside your existing WhatsApp, responding to messages, sending proactive reminders, and handling customer inquiries.

Yes. All three products support WhatsApp voice messages. The assistant uses Whisper (a local AI model) to transcribe your voice to text offline — your audio never leaves your computer.

Yes. All three products integrate with Google Calendar via secure OAuth authorization. The assistant can read, create, update, and delete calendar events — all triggered naturally through WhatsApp conversation.

Currently Windows 11 is required. The system runs directly on your computer (or via Docker for the Family and Business products). Mac support is planned for the future.

No. We handle everything remotely via Chrome Remote Desktop. You just need to be at your computer for 60–90 minutes, scan a WhatsApp QR code with your phone, and log into your Google account. That's it.

You share your screen using Chrome Remote Desktop (a free Google tool already in your browser). We connect, install and configure everything, then hand control back to you. You'll see everything we do in real time on your screen.

Typically 60 to 90 minutes for a complete installation, including WhatsApp connection, Google Calendar authorization, and initial knowledge base setup.

Only for the SuperFamily AI Assistant and SuperBusiness AI Assistant. If you don't have it installed, we'll handle it for you during the installation session at no extra charge.

Every installation includes 7 days of free technical support. After that, you can subscribe to our monthly plan ($19/month) which includes 30 minutes of free remote support each month. Additional remote support is available at $80/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

You pay only after the installation is complete and you've confirmed everything is working. We sign a service agreement before we start, which clearly states: payment is due upon successful installation.

We accept e-Transfer and PayPal. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

The installation fee is one-time. After your 7-day free support period, an optional $19/month subscription gives you priority support and 30 minutes of free remote assistance per month. There's no obligation to subscribe.

Yes. We offer custom development based on our three standard products. Custom consultation is $80/hour and includes a detailed requirements report and a customized project quote. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your specific needs.

No — it handles the routine stuff so your team can focus on what matters. The AI answers FAQs, provides quotes, and books appointments 24/7. You can jump into any conversation at any time, and the AI will step back automatically.

Yes. Because the AI runs on your own WhatsApp business number, you can see every conversation in real time on your phone, just like regular WhatsApp messages.

Yes. The entire booking process happens within WhatsApp. The AI checks your Google Calendar for available slots, presents options to the customer, confirms the booking, and sends a confirmation — all in one conversation, no external booking tools needed.
